I’m Danielle Bodicoat, freelance medical statistician and academic writer at your service.

What do I do?

Who Am I?

I’m an experienced medical statistics and writing consultant. My clients describe me as friendly, approachable, down-to-earth and, most importantly, capable of simplifying even the most complex of stats.

I’ve got a solid theoretical grounding thanks to a 1st class BSc in Mathematics with Statistics, an MSc in Medical Statistics (Distinction), and a PhD in Epidemiology.

I have nearly 15 years of applied experience with a proven track record including 85+ peer-reviewed publications.

I’ve spent years designing, conducting and supervising statistical analyses. I’ve written and coordinated grant applications that have attracted over £12 million in funding. I’ve also written numerous clinical trial protocols and Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs).

With a healthy balance between technical expertise, quality research, and intrinsic understanding, my goal is to educate and encourage others so that you can get your intervention to patients as quickly as possible.

“I can highly recommend Danielle, her work is of the highest standard and she delivers her projects at great speed with the highest quality. She is a pleasure and highly professional to work with.”
